When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days from the date of purchase.
How Can I Track My Package?
Once your order ships, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the shipping status of your package by visiting the carrier’s website and entering the tracking information.
Why Am I Unable to Track My Order on the Website?
Please be aware that tracking information might take 2-5 days to be updated and displayed. If you can’t locate tracking details for your package, we recommend checking again 1-2 days later.
Why Is My Shipment Status Not Updating?
There might be several reasons for delays in shipment, including factors such as weather disruptions, customs processes, or logistical backlogs.

What Is Your Return Policy?
All Sales are final.We do not accept returns,refunds,and exchanges.If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received,we can provide you with a compensation package.
Please note before order:
- Color difference:jade may shows different colors under light with different color temperatures,there will inevitably be a slight color difference between the actual product and the photos or videos.
- Size accuracy error:All product size date is manually measured,there will be a small range of size errors in the finished product.

As long as your order has not been packed or shipped,then we can cancel or change it for you.Contact us at yangziping2024@gmail.com to get started.Unfortunately,we cannot accept cancellations once the order has been packed and shipped.Custom orders can’t be canceled.
