All Sales are final.We do not accept returns,refunds,and exchanges.But if you are not satisfied with the goods you have received,we can consider provide you with a compensation package.

Please note before order:

1. Color difference:jade may shows different colors under light with different color temperatures,there will inevitably be a slight color difference between the actual product and the photos or videos.
2. Uniqueness:as a natural mineral,each piece of jade is unique,so the details of the mineral structure distribution of the actual product are not 100% consistent with the photos.
3. Size accuracy error:All product size date is manually measured,there will be a small range of size errors in the finished product.

4. Changes and Cancellations:As long as your order has not been packed or shipped,then we can cancel or change it for you.Contact us at masterli@guanyinjade.com to get started.Unfortunately,we cannot accept cancellations once the order has been packed and shipped.Custom orders can’t be canceled.
